About The Role
The HR Analyst at Safran plays a vital role in supporting the human resources function by providing data-driven insights and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze HR metrics, assist in workforce planning, and contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals. The HR Analyst will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure HR initiatives are effectively implemented and that employee engagement and organizational development are prioritized. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices (advantageous).
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate organizational performance.
- Support talent acquisition processes by analyzing recruitment data and reporting on hiring trends.
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership and management teams.
- Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, diversity, and organizational development initiatives.
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and other HR functions to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
