About the Role

We are working with a growing international organisation seeking a proactive and highly organised HR and Corporate Services Specialist on a 12-month contract to join its Corporate Services team.

Location: London based - hybrid working 4 or 3 days in office a week

Salary: £350 - £520 per day

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR and Corporate Services Specialist to join a growing organisation undergoing a significant phase of operational development and transformation. This role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting the organisation's transition towards greater operational independence while contributing across both corporate services and HR functions.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help manage critical service arrangements, coordinate supplier transitions, and provide hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle. This is an ideal role for a commercially minded professional who enjoys combining operational, contractual, and people-focused responsibilities.

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Work closely with external service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Provide practical support on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day people matters.
  • Manage and coordinate corporate service agreements and ensure effective delivery from external providers.
  • Support the transition of services to new independent arrangements, including identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.
  • Assist with contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, governance, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with organisational processes and governance requirements

About You

You will be a proactive and adaptable professional with experience operating across both corporate services and HR environments.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years' professional experience in corporate services, contract management, HR, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing service agreements and relationships with external suppliers.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a changing environment.
