Uxbridge

Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)

£35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits


This is a new ongoing Temporary Assignment with Strong Potential to Become Permanent.

A fantastic opportunity to join a truly lovely team within a global healthcare organisation. The ideal candidate will have previous HR administration experience, or a solid foundation within HR, combined with strong administrative experience gained within a busy and varied office environment. They will be hands-on, proactive and confident, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, contract changes and leavers.
  • Conducting Right to Work checks and maintaining employee records.
  • Updating and maintaining HR systems, including Workday.
  • Preparing HR documentation and employee correspondence.
  • Coordinating interviews, inductions and recruitment administration.
  • Maintaining HR trackers, records and compliance documentation.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and office events.
  • Managing office supplies, deliveries, post and courier services.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and office enquiries.
  • Assisting with facilities management and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HR team and wider business.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • Some HR experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Workday or another HR system would be beneficial.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
