What Will You Do?
As we transition from being part of a larger parent organisation to becoming an independent UK business, our people strategy will be fundamental to our future success.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the development and execution of our People and HR strategy during a period of significant transformation, growth, and organisational change. Working closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Support Services, you will act as a trusted partner and advisor on all people-related matters. You will help shape an engaged, high-performing, and inclusive culture, ensuring the business remains compliant, commercially focused, and positioned for sustainable growth.
This is a unique opportunity to build and influence the future employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, drive organisational effectiveness, and leave a lasting impact on a newly independent business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
