Join our dynamic team as an HR and Recruitment Assistant

In this pivotal role, you will support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants and new hires. Duties
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings on social media platforms and job boards, engaging with potential candidates, and promoting our employer brand
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Contribute to HR administrative tasks including document preparation, record keeping, and compliance reporting
- Support HR team members with various projects related to employee engagement, training logistics, and policy updates
- Maintaining the careers page

Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members at all levels
- Demonstrated administrative experience including data entry, record management, and document organization
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience supporting human resources functions or recruitment processes is preferred
- Familiarity with HR terminology and processes related to onboarding, employee records, and compliance
