HR and Recruitment Coordinator | Keplin Group Limited | Uxbridge, Hybrid
Keplin Group is hiring an HR and Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team at Blake House, Cowley Business Park, Uxbridge.
We're a fast-moving, multi-brand consumer goods business selling across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and D2C - with licensed partnerships including Disney and Bluey. As we scale, we need someone organised and proactive to help coordinate our end-to-end recruitment activity and support wider HR operations across the business.

The Role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy to onboarding, acting as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the process. You'll also support broader HR operations, helping keep employee records, policies, and processes running smoothly as the business grows.

Recruitment Coordination
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising roles, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
- Act as main point of contact for hiring managers, advising on process and candidate options
- Own and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), keeping pipelines and reporting up to date
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key/recurring roles
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Coordinate new starter onboarding end-to-end, including right-to-work checks, inductions, and probation tracking
- Manage leaver processes and exit administration
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS) and ensure data compliance
- Support absence, holiday, and benefits administration
- Help draft and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment law
- Support the HR Manager with employee relations administration (e.g. note-taking, documentation)
Employer Branding & Culture
- Contribute to employer branding activity to support attraction of talent
- Coordinate staff socials, wellbeing initiatives, and internal communications
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, escalating where appropriate

What You'll Bring:
Essential
- Previous experience in an HR and/or recruitment coordination role
- Confident managing multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communicator, comfortable liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and staff at all levels
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
Desirable
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Experience using an ATS and/or HRIS system
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-brand, or retail/consumer goods environment
- Some exposure to employee relations casework
