We Are Stronger

We are a young anti-bullying charity registered in the UK and Italy. As we are expanding very quickly we are in the process of recruiting experienced HR and Recruitment professionals (volunteers), that allow our organisation to grow in long term.

What difference will you make?

Being a young charity any step forward you will help make, will feel like a big achievement and will have a great impact on us and our goals. The more we grow the better we can help others.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a dedicated HR and Recruiting specialist to join our mission-focused team.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, skilled at managing candidate relationships, and conducting insightful interviews.

We highly value proactive contributors who are ready to share innovative ideas and engage actively in collaborative team discussions. Someone emphatic and easy-going, committed to doing good for the community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
