HR and Training Assistant
£27,385 - £29,687 per annum Lymington, Hampshire Full or part-time

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused HR and Training Assistant to join our small, supportive HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career in a varied and rewarding role.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing high-quality support to managers and employees across the organisation. You will lead recruitment activity, co-ordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle administration, support learning and development initiatives, and help ensure our HR systems and records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

This role is suited to someone with HR administration and recruitment experience who enjoys building positive relationships, managing multiple priorities and delivering excellent customer service.

Based at our office in Lymington with some home working available, this role is offered on a full-time basis. Applications for part-time working (minimum 30 hours per week) are also welcome.
