Job Role

This role will be supporting day-to-day HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records, meetings, and engagement activities. You’ll also help with office management tasks while learning key HR skills in a supportive, people-focused environment.

What you'll do at work

  • Supporting day-to-day HR Administration
  • Assisting with recruitment activities, including interview/diary coordination and candidate communication
  • Maintaining accurate employee records within the HR Information system (Employment Hero)
  • Preparing documents, HR reports, and correspondence
  • Attending informal and formal meetings as notetaker
  • Providing support to colleagues across the organization
  • Support with employee engagement activities
  • Organising and coordinating Occupational Health Surveillance
  • Visitor Hosting activities
  • Procurement of essential office items including stationary, sundry items, office refreshments, and replenishment
  • Manage office supplier relationships
  • Other duties as required to support the smooth running of the office
