HR Business Partner (HRBP) Support

  • L&OD: Help coordinate training sessions, manage learning management system (LMS) administration, and track employee training completion.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc administrative tasks, candidate coordination, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Communication and Engagement: Support production of newsletters, support all communication methods, coordination of coffee and connect, general support on in-person events.
  • Financial Administration: Take ownership of the HR team's purchasing processes by raising purchase orders (POs), processing invoices, and helping to track departmental spend against budgets.
  • Data & Reporting: Help compile, format, and distribute monthly HR metrics, ensuring absolute confidentiality and data accuracy across all reports.
  • Responsible Business Priorities: Supporting the coordination of the teams RBP objectives and ensuring timely contributions to tenders / contract requirements.

What Could Set You Apart

  • Previous administrative experience, particularly in a corporate or office environment.
  • Experience with formal note-taking or transcription.
  • Basic financial acumen or prior experience dealing with invoices, billing, or purchase orders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., confident with formulas and data formatting).
  • A demonstrated curiosity about how different areas of HR work together to support a business and mitigate risk.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
