(Increasing to £22,912 in the second year)
Contract: Full time, 2 Year Fixed Term Contract
Hybrid working:
Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 60% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office. However, flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
About the Role:
We’re looking for an apprentice to join our Learning & Development team as a Learning & Development Apprentice. In this role you’ll have the chance to contribute to a fast-paced environment and develop invaluable skills in learning coordination, learning platform management and colleague development. If you're eager to kick-start your career, have a genuine interest in workplace learning and are passionate about helping others develop, we want to hear from you!
What will you be doing:
- Supporting the identification of learning needs across individuals, teams and the wider organisation.
- Helping to research, design and update inclusive learning materials for face-to-face, virtual, digital and blended learning.
- Coordinating learning activities, including invitations, attendance, resources, communications and joining instructions.
- Maintaining accurate learning records, including attendance, completions, evaluations and mandatory training evidence.
- Gathering feedback and analysing learning data to help evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning activities.

What our recruitment process looks like:
- Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
- You’ll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
- If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
- If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You’ll also meet some of our managers and to find out more about an apprenticeship with us.
Please note: Our apprenticeship roles do not meet the UKVI’s criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
