Job Description
We have an opportunity to join our dynamic and fast-paced HR team as a HR Assistant.
Duties will include:
- Providing first-line support to employees and managers during the Workday Hypercare period, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Supporting users in completing tasks within Workday, helping to drive confidence, adoption, and effective use of the new system.
- Investigating and resolving Workday queries, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams where necessary.
- Working within a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of support requests while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Monitoring and tracking queries to ensure timely resolution and adherence to agreed service levels.
- Collaborating with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure a consistent and seamless support experience for employees and managers.
- Maintaining accurate records of queries, resolutions, and support activities to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Contributing to the successful embedding of Workday across the organization by delivering a responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused support service.

Qualifications
- Previous experience of working as an HR Administrator or HR Assistant with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned work and tasks.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills being able to manage a varied high volume workload ensuring deadlines are met.
- Confident in the use of IT systems and HR systems.
- Confident in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Strong communications skills.
