HR Assistant
The HR Assistant delivers high-quality administrative, operational, and HRIS support across our European region. This role ensures data accuracy, smooth joiner/mover/leaver execution, and seamless daily HR service delivery as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for general employee HR queries
- Coordination of employee life cycle processes (joiners, movers, leavers)
- Support monthly HR payroll inputs in collaboration with the Global Payroll and Total Rewards teams
- Support in ER cases (note taking, file notes, documentation preparation etc.)
- Maintain employee records, HRIS platforms and compliance documentation
- Assist with regional audit reporting and policy documentation updates
- Preparing BAU HR documentation (e.g. reference letters, change to employment letters)
- Supporting the HR team on requests & HR annual projects (performance cycle, year-end, compliance, HRIS testing etc.)

Essential
- Proven administrative experience within a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
- Drive to make process improvements
- Enjoys stakeholder management and building strong working relationships
- Proficiency with HRIS tools and standard office software
- Teamplayer, with the ability to also manage work independently
- Ability to prioritise tasks and strong time management
- Basic understanding of UK Employment Law

Desirable
- Prior exposure to working within an international HR shared service operations
- Proven experience in a customer / client facing role
- Experience with G-Suite and Workday
- Interest in wider HR community and career opportunities (for example, currently undertaking or interest in completing CIPD Qualification)
