About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our dedicated team at X1 Lettings. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between landlords, tenants, and our internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and efficient property management operations. Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in property management, lettings, or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of property laws, tenancy agreements, and landlord-tenant relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
- Relevant qualification in property management, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end process of property lettings, including marketing, viewings, and tenant screening.
- Manage tenant inquiries, conduct property inspections, and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all property transactions, tenant details, and maintenance requests.
- Assist in drafting and renewing tenancy agreements, ensuring all legal documentation is complete and compliant.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to address property repairs and upkeep promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
- Support the team in implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and maximize occupancy rates.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation, market trends, and best practices within the property management industry.
