About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects within a fast-paced environment, contributing to sustainable development and technological advancement. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing engineering or construction projects, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors. Proven experience in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation is essential. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively manage teams and client relationships. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD, will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing detailed project plans
  • Defining project scope and objectives
  • Establishing realistic timelines
  • Coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Managing project budgets and controlling costs to maximize efficiency
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks
  • Implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions
  • Regularly communicating project status to stakeholders and preparing comprehensive reports
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams
  • Resolving conflicts and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
