Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, Youth Work, or an equivalent qualification in social care or education. Prior experience working with children or young people with complex needs is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, resilience, and a proactive attitude are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. A valid driving license may be required depending on the specific role and location.
