Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across HR activities
- Maintain accurate employee records, documents, and internal HR systems
- Assist with recruitment administration, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes
- Prepare HR documents, correspondence, and routine reports
- Respond professionally to general employee and internal HR enquiries
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up actions for the HR team
- Support data entry, document management, and compliance-related administration
- Handle confidential information carefully and professionally

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and confidential approach to sensitive information
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, documents, and online HR/business systems
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
