We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Assistant to join our People Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Human Resources within a supportive, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
As the HR Assistant, you will work closely with the Regional HR Advisors to support them with a broad range of HR activities. This will include producing HR letters, minutes of meetings, assist with absence management cases and support with any HR projects, report or audits. You will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality HR service is delivered across our Homes.
In addition, you will manage the onboarding and off boarding of processes, contract changes and general maintenance of the HR system. You will be the first point of contact for employee queries.

Ideally, you will have experience of working within a HR environment or in an administrative capacity, have excellent organisational and communication skills with a positive, proactive and customer focused approach.
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail. In addition, understanding HR processes, strong IT skills and employment legislation would be advantageous.
Requirements
An essential aspect of the role is upholding Renaissance Care’s values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion. You may already hold your CIPD level 3 and if not you would be willing to work towards this.
