About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various departments within Internwise, assisting with daily operations, and contributing to the development and enhancement of our platform. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the fields of business development, marketing, and operations. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into the internship placement process, client engagement, and platform management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in learning about the internship ecosystem and talent acquisition.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with current enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with CRM or platform management is a plus but not mandatory. A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are highly valued qualities.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new interns and employer partners.
- Supporting marketing initiatives by creating content, managing social media accounts, and engaging with online communities.
- Conducting research to identify potential internship opportunities and market trends.
- Updating and maintaining the internship database and platform content for accuracy and relevance.
- Providing customer support by responding to inquiries from students and companies promptly and professionally.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve platform features and user experience.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
