Assistant HR Adviser – People Relations
10919 | Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2027 | 37 hours per week | £32,061 to £33,699 per annum (Scale G) | County Hall, Norwich
We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant Adviser with a passion for delivering high-quality HR services to join the HR People Relations Team.
- Do you have expertise in delivering HR support across the employee lifecycle?
- Are you able to advise and guide people, and deliver on projects?
HR Assistant Advisers provide an effective advice and support service to managers, employees, and other stakeholders, primarily focusing on proactively supporting and coaching managers within all areas of people management to enable them to develop the confidence and competence to appropriately manage autonomously and prevent escalation.
This is a hybrid role. A physical presence in our Norwich office is required for a minimum of one day per week.
This post is fixed term with an anticipated end date of August 2027. We welcome secondment applications.
