About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that prepare our candidates for various IT roles. You will serve as a key point of contact between trainees, instructors, and industry partners, ensuring that all training activities align with industry standards and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the careers of aspiring IT professionals and contribute to the growth of the technology workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in training, education, or workforce development within the IT sector is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of current IT trends, certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft, and familiarity with curriculum development are advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities
- Develop and update comprehensive training curricula tailored to industry standards and employer needs.
- Coordinate with industry partners to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Deliver engaging training sessions through various formats, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching.
- Assess trainee progress through evaluations, feedback, and practical assessments, providing personalized support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, performance, and certification achievements.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to facilitate job placement opportunities for graduates.
- Stay informed about emerging IT trends and integrate new technologies and methodologies into training programs.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to trainees, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and accreditation standards related to training programs.
