We're looking for a HR Assistant to join our team at our Head Office in Llangefni!
This is a full-time role but a fixed term contract for 6 months, 42.5 hours per week.
About the Role
Do you love helping people?
As a HR Assistant You Will Provide Administration Support To The HR Team And Assist With Ensuring That Our Policies And Procedures Are Implemented And Maintained Across Huws Gray. As Well As:
- Co-ordinating/responding to the team HR Support queries
- Answering general queries from colleagues/managers/external customers via various methods
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when dealing with all sensitive data
- Maintaining and updating the HR system with colleague data
- Liaising directly with the branch network as well as the senior teams
- Assisting and supporting the colleague lifecycle from starter to leaver including recruitment, employment contracts, induction, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, pay and benefits

- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

- Sensitivity and objectivity in dealing with confidential issues
- Attention to detail and high degrees of accuracy
- A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Driving licence and willingness to travel to branches as required
- Professional approach in relation to dealing with colleague related HR issues
- Sound working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
