About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 or higher in Children and Young People’s Workforce, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, behavioral challenges, or mental health issues is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with young people, families, and colleagues. A good understanding of safeguarding procedures, health and safety standards, and relevant legislation is necessary. The ability to work flexibly, demonstrate resilience, and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations is highly valued. Previous experience in a similar role within a residential, educational, or care setting is preferred.
