About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at GXO Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our supply chain operations to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services. Your primary focus will be on optimizing logistics processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, contribute to operational efficiencies, and support GXO’s mission of delivering exceptional logistics solutions to our clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination is preferred.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery management.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and related documentation.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
- Support inventory management activities and coordinate stock movements as needed.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to support decision-making and operational planning.
