About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our dynamic team at GXO Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the supply chain process, ensuring the seamless movement of goods from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the optimization of supply chain operations, support strategic initiatives, and foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain activities, including order processing, inventory management, and transportation scheduling.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transaction details.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain process, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and documentation to support management decision-making and operational review.
