Pilgrims' Friend Society (PFS), a long-established Christian charity dedicated to providing care and support to older people.

Our Christian ethos is central to everything we do, and we're looking for someone who shares our values and wants to use their recruitment and HR experience to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, databases and LinkedIn
  • Supporting our recruitment and talent attraction activities (writing and posting job adverts, screening candidates, arranging interviews and onboarding processes)
  • Helping to provide a positive experience for candidates
  • Supporting HR projects, administration and employee queries
  • Assisting with general HR activities including exit surveys, visa administration and minute taking

Skills/Experience:

  • At least 1 years' recruitment or HR experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (desirable)

Please note, this role has an Occupational Requirement to be filled by a Christian under the provisions of the Equality Act (2010)

Hours:

  • Full-time: 35 hours a week. Monday - Friday
