HR ASSISTANT | PART-TIME | BROMLEY, KENT
Bromley, Kent
Circa 20 hours per week (2.5 days) ideally a few hours a day to help with workload (negotiable)
Circa £30,000 FTE
We’re working with a well-established professional services business based in Bromley who are looking for a capable and personable HR Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.
This is a great opportunity for an organised HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to work closely with people across the business.
The Role Will Include:
- Supporting day-to-day HR administration
- Managing employee records and HR systems
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
- Assisting with recruitment and interview coordination
- Supporting absence, holiday and employee records
- Assisting managers with HR queries and processes
- Supporting performance and employee development processes
- Maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Supporting HR compliance and reporting
- Handling confidential employee information appropriately

We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator or similar role
- Good understanding of general HR processes
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and personable approach
- Confidence working independently
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Professional services experience would be advantageous
