HR ASSISTANT | PART-TIME | BROMLEY, KENT

Bromley, Kent

Circa 20 hours per week (2.5 days) ideally a few hours a day to help with workload (negotiable)
Circa £30,000 FTE

We’re working with a well-established professional services business based in Bromley who are looking for a capable and personable HR Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for an organised HR professional who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and wants to work closely with people across the business.

The Role Will Include:

  • Supporting day-to-day HR administration
  • Managing employee records and HR systems
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding
  • Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
  • Assisting with recruitment and interview coordination
  • Supporting absence, holiday and employee records
  • Assisting managers with HR queries and processes
  • Supporting performance and employee development processes
  • Maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting HR compliance and reporting
  • Handling confidential employee information appropriately

We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator or similar role
  • Good understanding of general HR processes
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and personable approach
  • Confidence working independently
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Professional services experience would be advantageous
