HR Assistant (Remote UK)

Overview

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support across HR activities in a fully remote UK-based role.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication, organisation, and attention-to-detail skills who is looking to build a career in HR and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across day-to-day HR activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding and general employee administration.
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR-related communications.
  • Respond professionally to routine employee and candidate enquiries.
  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate information.
  • Support preparation of HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist the wider team with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Handle confidential information professionally and appropriately.
