HR Assistant

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Are you an experienced HR Assistant with a passion for systems, data, and continuous improvement? Do you enjoy solving problems, working with stakeholders across the business, and using data to support decision-making?

We are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a dynamic and collaborative Global HR Systems team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to further develop their HR systems, analytics, and data management experience within a truly global organisation.

The Opportunity

As the HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation and administration of HR systems across the business. Working closely with the HRIS team, IT colleagues, vendors, and HR stakeholders, you will help ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and the delivery of meaningful people analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR systems queries, providing timely and effective support to users.
  • Work collaboratively with the HRIS team, vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve system-related issues.
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data, ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
  • Analyse HR data and produce management information reports to support business decision-making.
  • Identify trends and insights within HR data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the HR systems administration mailbox, responding accurately and efficiently to enquiries.
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR systems, reporting processes, and data collection practices.
  • Assist with HR systems administration and data maintenance activities across the employee lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
