What are we looking for?
- General HR administration experience
- A passion for supporting people
Remote
What will you be doing?
So what could your time at Grae Matta look like?
- Managing new starter documents and uploading to HR System
- Supporting the recruitment team with sourcing candidates and admin etc.
- Reviewing induction guides and drafting how-to guides
- Offboarding volunteers from HR System and conducting exit interviews
- Occasionally researching tools to improve onboarding.

1 to 3 hours a week or more if that works for you.
The role is fully remote - though you might get the opportunity to meet fellow volunteers down the track. You'll also need your own Laptop.
