A leading international bank is seeking an HR Assistant to support Learning & Development, HR analytics, employee relations, employee engagement, and wider HR operations within a regulated financial services environment.
About the Role
This is a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension, based on site in Central London (5 days per week).

Requirements
- At least 3 years' HR experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated industry
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data reconciliation, and dashboard creation
