HR Assistant/People Coordinator for Architecture and Design studio
£32,500 - £38,500 p.a.
Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR/People Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in the creative, design, or architecture sectors, looking to take the next step in your career?
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative and creative environment. You will be joining an 80 strong studio of Architects and Designers at a very exciting time of growth within their London studio.
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and supporting the smooth running of all people operations.

You will be supported by a friendly and knowledgeable People Manager; day to day you will assist with managing employee lifecycle administration, onboarding, contracts, HR records and more.
A degree and or Masters in HR Management, or CIPD level 3 or 5 is preferred, however is not a pre-requisite, as training will be provided.
