Job Overview:
Our client, an investment bank, is seeking an experienced HR Auditor for a short-term contract assignment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can join quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver an effective review of HR processes, controls, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits across HR policies, procedures, and controls
- Review HR files, documentation, and governance frameworks
- Assess compliance with internal policies and relevant employment legislation
- Identify control gaps, risks, and areas for improvement
- Produce clear findings, recommendations, and audit reports
- Liaise with HR and key business stakeholders throughout the audit process
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working as an HR Auditor or within HR audit, risk, controls, or compliance
- Prior experience in investment banking or financial services is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of HR governance and compliance
- Available to start ASAP / within 3 weeks
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Able to work 3 days per week in the office
