HR Business Partner (Organisational Development)
12-Month Fixed Term Contract, Hybrid Role 2-3 days on site, Aylesbury and regional travel
Brand New Role | Organisational Development | Talent & Succession | Change & Transformation
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation in a newly created HR Business Partner (Organisational Development) role, supporting the design and delivery of people strategies that strengthen organisational capability and prepare the workforce for future growth.
Working closely with senior leaders and the Head of Organisational Development, you'll play a key role in shaping succession planning, talent development, leadership capability, mentoring programmes, organisational design, and transformational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational development initiatives that improve capability, performance and engagement
- Design and drive succession planning and talent management frameworks
- Facilitate talent reviews and development planning for future leaders
- Develop and coordinate mentoring and leadership development programmes
- Partner with leaders on organisational change, restructures and transformation projects
- Provide expert guidance on organisational design and workforce planning
- Coach and influence senior stakeholders to build leadership capability
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation
- Use data and insights to inform strategic people decisions and measure impact

About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or above or equivalent
- Experience either as an HR Business Partner who has proven experience in organisational development, succession planning, leadership development and mentoring or experience as an Organisational Development Specialist.
- Experience of supporting organisational change, transformation and restructuring programmes
- Confident building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
- You will ideally be able to start with no more than one month's notice
- Must have a full clean driving licence
