About the Company

We are partnering with a global leader in data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience managed services. The organisation supports businesses worldwide in protecting critical data and ensuring operational continuity through a range of cloud and on-premise solutions, backed by 24/7 expert support.

The Role

We are seeking a growth-minded HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic people initiatives with day-to-day operational HR delivery.

Working closely with a wider international HR function, this individual will be the primary HR Business Partner supporting the UK business, alongside an established Learning & Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating with a high level of autonomy while partnering closely with leaders to drive people initiatives and organisational growth.

The role owns the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leaders across the organisation to drive employee engagement, talent development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and organisational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will be a key member of the HR team, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership while remaining a hands-on practitioner capable of delivering HR activities independently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
