What you’ll be doing
You will act as a central operational partner to the People function, driving structure, visibility and delivery across key initiatives. This is a blend of HR PMO, business operations and analytics support.
You’ll be involved in:
- Owning and tracking delivery of People initiatives across multiple workstreams (e.g. People business partnering & operations, talent & development, talent acquisition, workplace operations, reward, systems & policy)
- Creating and maintaining a People PMO framework, including project plans, governance cadence and reporting
- Producing high-quality reporting packs, dashboards and insights
- Supporting budgeting and workforce planning cycles in partnership with Finance
- Improving operational processes within the People function to drive efficiency and clarity
- Acting as a central coordination point between People, Finance and business leaders
- Supporting preparation for FY27 planning, including resource modelling and prioritisation
- Providing analytical and operational support directly to the Chief People Officer on strategic projects
- Analysing People data (headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, engagement, cost) to generate actionable insights

This role is initially offered as a fixed-term contract until the end of May 2026, with potential conversion to FTE after that.
Who we’re looking for
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in a Business Operations, PMO, or HR Operations role
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working with data, dashboards and financial information
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders with reporting and executive-level insight
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- The ability to operate independently and bring structure to ambiguity
- Advanced Excel skills (experience with HRIS (HiBob) or BI tools advantageous)
- Ideally experience working within a People/HR environment or supporting a corporate function
- A commercially minded, detail-oriented and delivery-focused approach
