Working for a PE Backed organisation that has grown through organic growth and acquisition, this is a true operationally driven business partnering role. You'll support your own client group, working closely with leaders to deliver commercial people solutions.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Business partnering senior leaders
  • Leading organisational change, restructures and redundancy programmes
  • Managing complex employee relations cases
  • Coaching managers and developing leadership capability
  • Using people data to drive business decisions
  • Supporting workforce planning and organisational development
  • Delivering HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
