People Partner
We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation seeking an experienced People Partner to support a large scale organisational restructure. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering complex people change initiatives, including restructuring, consultation and redundancy programmes.
12 months contract
London based - 3 days in office
£70,000
Working closely with senior leaders, HR colleagues and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in planning and executing organisational change while ensuring a positive employee experience and effective risk management throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support organisational restructuring and transformation activity.
- Manage end-to-end redundancy, consultation and workforce transition programmes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to assess workforce impacts, risks and mitigation plans.
- Support organisation design reviews, operating model changes and role redesign initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, organisational change and change governance.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and coach leaders through complex change programmes.
- Use workforce data and people insights to support decision-making and change outcomes.
- Ensure all change activity is delivered fairly, consistently and in line with legal requirements.

Essential Experience
- Significant hands-on experience delivering restructures and redundancy programmes within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience leading organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law, consultation processes and redundancy legislation.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders through complex organisational change.
- A track record of managing sensitive employee relations matters during periods of transition.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance business priorities with employee impact and risk considerations.
