Duration: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager to join our team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to business leaders and employees across the UK, providing strategic and operational HR support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have strong employee relations expertise, a thorough understanding of UK employment law, and the ability to work independently while managing a broad range of HR initiatives (some globally). The role requires regular interaction with senior leaders and collaboration with global HR colleagues, including direct reporting to the VP of Human Resources based in the United States.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to shape people priorities, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and deliver commercially focused HR solutions.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, providing confident, pragmatic advice on performance, grievance, disciplinary, and workplace issues.
- Act as a trusted UK employment law expert, ensuring compliance and supporting restructures, consultations, and organizational change.
- Use workforce insights to support recruitment, succession, compensation, and key people decisions.
- Coach and influence leaders on people strategy, team effectiveness, and workforce challenges.
- Collaborate across local and global HR teams to deliver core people initiatives, annual HR cycles, and continuous improvements.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing complex employee relations matters.
- Proven ability to advise, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
- Strong commercial judgement, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation.
- Confident working independently, managing competing priorities, and operating in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD Level 5/7 or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience within a multinational, matrixed, or geographically dispersed organization advantageous.
