At B. Braun, our work supports healthcare professionals and helps protect and improve the health of people around the world. We are looking for an HR Business Partner to provide clear, commercially aware HR support across our UK business.
Role Overview
This is an important role, partnering with leaders and teams to navigate people priorities, make well-informed decisions and continue to build an environment where colleagues can perform at their best.
Contract
Fixed-term maternity cover, approximately 15 months
Hours
Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Location
Sheffield, hybrid working, 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home
The Opportunity
You will support our Sales, Marketing and Central Services teams, working as a trusted partner to leaders and managers across B. Braun UK. You will help translate people priorities into clear, practical action that supports performance, engagement and sustainable business growth, always with our purpose, values and customers in mind.
- Provide clear, credible advice across a broad range of HR matters, including employee relations, organisational change, performance, engagement and workforce planning.
- Balance commercial understanding with care for people, helping managers make fair, consistent and well-informed decisions.
- Contribute to wider HR priorities and organisational development, helping strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness and the employee experience across B. Braun UK.
- Lead and develop an HR Advisor, while offering support across the wider HR team.

What You Will Bring
We are looking for someone with strong generalist HR experience, sound judgement and the confidence to partner effectively with leaders and managers. You will be able to balance commercial priorities with care for people, offering clear advice, constructive challenge and practical solutions that support fair and consistent decision-making.
- Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in a commercial, fast-paced or regulated environment.
- Confidence advising managers on complex people matters, including employee relations, organisational change, performance, engagement and workforce planning.
- The ability to connect people activity to commercial priorities and business outcomes.
- Experience contributing to HR plans, business change and continuous improvement.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, coach and constructively challenge.
- Clear communication, sound judgement and a proactive, collaborative style.
