We're looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at an exciting time of growth and development.

At OneSchool Global UK, we believe strong relationships are at the heart of a successful organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Principals and leadership teams, providing trusted HR support, guidance and coaching while helping to shape positive workplace cultures across our campuses.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting leaders to achieve their goals, and finding practical solutions to people challenges. In return, you'll join a collaborative and supportive team where your expertise will be valued, your ideas welcomed, and your impact genuinely felt.

If you're passionate about people, enjoy working in partnership with leaders, and want to make a meaningful contribution across a growing organisation, we'd love to hear from you.

About The Role

Partnering with Principals and campus leadership teams across your region, you'll provide expert HR support and guidance across a broad range of people matters. This is a varied and highly visible role where you'll balance operational employee relations support with strategic initiatives, leadership coaching, organisational change and continuous improvement projects.

You'll become a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them create high-performing teams and positive workplace cultures while ensuring people decisions align with organisational objectives.

Location & Travel

This is a hybrid role with regular travel across your designated campus portfolio.

You can expect to spend:

  • 2-3 days per week visiting campuses
  • 1 day per week based at our Regional Support Office in Coventry
  • Remaining time working remotely

You'll support campuses across:

  • Oswestry
  • Northampton
  • Scotland (2 campuses)
  • Northern Ireland (2 campuses)

Travel is an essential and rewarding part of the role, allowing you to build meaningful relationships, understand local challenges and provide visible support to leaders and teams across the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
