HR Business Partner

Location: UK (Hybrid or Remote)

Type: 9 Month Fixed Term Contract

Are you a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment? Do you enjoy partnering with senior leaders, influencing key people decisions, and driving meaningful business outcomes?

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across Technology Services (IT) and other corporate functions during a period of exciting transformation and growth.

In this role, you'll partner with senior stakeholders globally, balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on delivery. With Technology Services representing the majority of your portfolio, you'll play a key role in shaping talent strategies, supporting organizational effectiveness, and ensuring leaders are equipped to navigate change successfully.

This opportunity offers a unique blend of strategic influence, operational impact, and global exposure within a collaborative and high-performing HR team.

🔍 What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior Technology Services leaders globally to deliver strategic people solutions.
  • Lead Talent Management Reviews, succession planning discussions, and associated action planning.
  • Drive talent, skills, capability, and workforce planning initiatives across the function.
  • Provide trusted HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters, partnering with local HR teams where appropriate.
  • Support organizational design, transformation, and change initiatives.
  • Bring forward-thinking insights and help leaders prepare for future talent and organizational needs.

🎯 What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, global/multinational organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience leading talent management, succession, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently and establish credibility quickly.
  • Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period (2 weeks or less).
