Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to implement people and organizational solutions that drive business performance and employee engagement.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, collaborating with the HR Operations team for seamless service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leaders, providing coaching and influencing on key people-related matters to enhance team performance and development.
  • Support leaders in the development of their teams, focusing on capability enhancement, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition through to retirement, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures in collaboration with the broader HR team.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning, supporting talent management, succession planning, and workforce modelling efforts.
  • Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations and ensuring a fair and compliant resolution process.

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across Technology Services (IT) and other corporate functions during a period of exciting transformation and growth.

In this role, you'll partner with senior stakeholders globally, balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on delivery. With Technology Services representing the majority of your portfolio, you'll play a key role in shaping talent strategies, supporting organizational effectiveness, and ensuring leaders are equipped to navigate change successfully.

This opportunity offers a unique blend of strategic influence, operational impact, and global exposure within a collaborative and high-performing HR team.

🔍 What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior Technology Services leaders globally to deliver strategic people solutions.
  • Lead Talent Management Reviews, succession planning discussions, and associated action planning.
  • Drive talent, skills, capability, and workforce planning initiatives across the function.
  • Provide trusted HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters, partnering with local HR teams where appropriate.
  • Support organizational design, transformation, and change initiatives.
  • Bring forward-thinking insights and help leaders prepare for future talent and organizational needs.

🎯 What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, global/multinational organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience leading talent management, succession, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align people strategies with business goals.
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently and establish credibility quickly.
  • Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
  • Availability to start immediately or within a short notice period (2 weeks or less).
