HR Business Partner (2-3 month contract)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Merseyside (Hybrid Working: 3 Office Days per Week)

As HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders to drive key people initiatives, influence strategic decision-making, and support the development of a high-performing culture. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance.
- Lead and support complex employee relations matters, ensuring balanced and effective outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across performance management, talent development, and leadership capability.
- Contribute to the delivery of strategic people initiatives that support organisational growth and transformation.
Supporting Growth & Transformation
- Play an active role in organisational change and transformation programmes.
- Support initiatives focused on culture, engagement, wellbeing, and employee experience.
- Help shape and embed people practices that foster high performance and accountability.
- Contribute to employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives that strengthen attraction and retention.
- Utilise people data and insights to guide decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

Operational Excellence
- Deliver expert HR support across a broad range of people-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and HR best practice.
- Review and develop policies and procedures to support business needs.
- Provide practical, solutions-focused advice that balances commercial objectives with employee wellbeing and compliance.
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Previous HR experience within Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and their application within people practices.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters and delivering HR projects.
- Ability to operate independently and deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
