HR Business Partner - Permanent - Professional Services
MCS Group is delighted to partner with a leading Professional Services firm as they look to add an HR Partner to their team.
The role:
You will focus on HR transformation, operating model design, and organisational development, you will help build an agile, efficient, and people-centric organisation.
The main responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR transformation programmes, from discovery and design through to implementation.
- Redesign HR operating models and service delivery to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver organisational design and change roadmaps.
- Facilitate OD interventions, culture and engagement initiatives, and leadership alignment sessions.
- Track outcomes and embed continuous improvement across people and organisational processes.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience delivering change in Professional or Financial Services organisations.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, HR transformation, or organisational design.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
- Experience working on large-scale change initiatives in complex, regulated environments.
