HR Business Partner - Permanent - Professional Services

MCS Group is delighted to partner with a leading Professional Services firm as they look to add an HR Partner to their team.

The role:

You will focus on HR transformation, operating model design, and organisational development, you will help build an agile, efficient, and people-centric organisation.

The main responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR transformation programmes, from discovery and design through to implementation.
  • Redesign HR operating models and service delivery to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver organisational design and change roadmaps.
  • Facilitate OD interventions, culture and engagement initiatives, and leadership alignment sessions.
  • Track outcomes and embed continuous improvement across people and organisational processes.

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience delivering change in Professional or Financial Services organisations.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, HR transformation, or organisational design.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Experience working on large-scale change initiatives in complex, regulated environments.
