Hays HR is delighted to be partnering with a private sector organisation based in Glasgow to recruit an HR Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a values-driven organisation undergoing significant organisational development and transformation activity.

Working as part of a professional HR function, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational people solutions that support business objectives, workforce planning and organisational performance.

Your new role

As HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to implement the organisation's people strategy and drive a high-performance culture across your business area. You will provide expert HR advice, coaching and challenge to leadership teams while ensuring people practices align with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior leaders to deliver people plans and HR strategies.
  • Leading and supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructures and workforce transformation projects.
  • Providing expert advice on talent management, succession planning and employee development.
  • Coaching and influencing managers on complex people matters.
  • Delivering pragmatic and commercially focused HR solutions that support organisational objectives.
  • Supporting senior appointments, reward initiatives and early careers programmes.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and wider HR specialist teams.
  • Working collaboratively across the organisation to implement consistent HR best practice.
  • Supporting effective employee relations and stakeholder engagement activities
