Location: Near Bank, London

Salary: Up to £60,000 + benefits

Sector: Professional Services

Hybrid working - 3 days on site

Resourcing4HR are actively recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading professional services organisation, acting as a trusted adviser to managers and business leaders across the organisation.

This is a broad HRBP role with a strong focus on employee relations, business partnering, organisational change, talent, performance and learning & development. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide commercially focused HR advice and help deliver the wider People strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and business heads across a professional services environment.
  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations, including performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Support organisational change, restructures and workforce planning.
  • Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, talent and succession initiatives.
  • Contribute to salary and bonus review processes.
  • Identify learning and development needs and support relevant initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects and the implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Use HR data and insight to identify people priorities, risks and opportunities.

About You

You will be an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background and proven ER and HR business partnering capability. Professional services experience is highly desirable, along with:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Experience managing complex ER cases from start to finish.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A commercially focused, pragmatic approach to HR.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it.
