Location: Hook
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Join our client as a HR Business Partner to provide professional HR expertise across the employee lifecycle. This role serves as a strategic advisor, focusing on talent acquisition and enhancing HR initiatives.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Drive business performance through compliant HR practices and strategic people plans.
- Establish and maintain robust People and Compliance processes.
- Provide management information and analysis to develop appropriate HR interventions.
- Collaborate with leadership for talent identification and development initiatives.
- Lead recruitment strategy, ensuring effective talent acquisition.
- Develop recruitment campaigns for specialist roles and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Manage relationships with recruitment partners and agencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- CIPD membership or equivalent experience.
- Broad HR knowledge including recruitment, L&D, and employee relations.
- Experience in People processes and compliance.
- Ability to use data to influence organizational decisions.
- Proven leadership in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection.
- Autonomous working capability and comfort with ambiguity.
