About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to deliver expert HR advice and support organizational goals. Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification and Chartered CIPD membership.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner within a complex organizational setting.
  • Strong background in Employee Relations, managing intricate cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance issues, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience leading organizational change, restructures, and HR projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR data, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and independence in working environments.

Responsibilities

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with business leaders to provide strategic HR advice aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practice guidance, while coaching managers to handle sensitive situations effectively.
  • Supporting workforce planning, organizational change, and talent initiatives to foster a resilient and agile workforce.
  • Overseeing HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring policies, processes, and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Driving employee engagement and performance initiatives to cultivate a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Leading and supporting HR projects, change programs, and process improvements, requiring a proactive approach to reviewing and enhancing systems, workflows, and ways of working.
  • Embracing new technologies, including AI, to streamline HR service delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Analyzing HR data to produce reports, monitor key people metrics, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and adherence to company standards and HSEQ requirements.
