Working as part of a HRBP team

You will be aligned to your business areas for all aspects of travel being site based travelling across your sites.

A well established food manufacturing business with UK wide sites.

Description

  • Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner working as part of a wider HR Team
  • Partner with your site leadership teams for all aspects of HR
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees including complex ER casework and tribunal level
  • Managing Union site based relationships and pay negotiations when required
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
  • Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to shape organisational culture and change initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated.

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a manufacturing, logistics or fast paced hands on environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Have previously worked with Unions
  • Managed complex ER casework up to tribunal level
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Confidence in handling sensitive issues with professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data effectively.
